Elevating communities and places through thoughtful design.
APPROACH
Landmarks SGA, LLC, an affiliated company of Stromberg/ Garrigan & Associates, was established to offer specialized architectural services focused on new design, adaptive reuse, and preserving historically significant structures. Our work primarily involves urban revitalization, sensitive infill architecture, and repurposing existing structures, as well as building condition assessments, historic structure reports (HSRs), and upgrading structures to meet current building, fire, and ADA codes.
