19th Street Armory - Landmarks SGA awarded contract to plan it's historic preservation

Landmarks SGA is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the opportunity to work with the City of Harrisburg to assemble a historic structure report for the 19th Street Armory. The Armory was one of seventeen armories constructed in Pennsylvania in 1938 and served as a meeting and training facility for the Pennsylvania National Guard until purchased by the city. Landmarks is excited to lend our knowledge and skills to assist the city in developing a plan to preserve and adaptively reuse this historic structure so that it can become a keystone in the community.
