This past Tuesday morning, Landmarks SGA staff introduced the Bellefonte Borough Historic District Design Guidelines project to a group of 30+ property owners, residents, and business owners at Bellefonte Springboard, a co-working space located in one of Downtown Bellefonte, PA’s historic red brick buildings. The project will update design guidelines for exterior modifications to buildings within the community’s beautiful historic district, which consists of over 450 structures of mostly Victorian-style architecture.
The turnout at the public event was robust, and attendees came with a lot of insightful questions and ideas. We thank the Borough of Bellefonte for coordinating the invites for the meeting and getting such great participation from the community!
