At Landmarks we take pride in the broad range and scale of the projects we take part in, and few things are better than being able to get involved in projects right outside our front door. The Brinker Building in Uptown Somerset is a historic building which has served as an anchor at the intersection of Main Street and Center Avenue in the heart of town for over a century and we are excited to be working with Somerset Inc to ensure it lasts another. Landmarks assisted in developing a feasibility study for the building and is currently working on the construction documents which will see the building rehabilitated.
