Landmarks SGA was welcomed with open arms into the town of Dunlap, Tennessee last month. Over the course of three days, the team was involved with multiple stakeholder engagement meetings, a scenic tour of the Sequatchie Valley, and field documented the Zipper Factory. The successful stakeholder engagement meetings have propelled the team to begin developing conceptual reuse plans for the factory, which formerly served the city as a hub of economic activity producing shirts and more recently zippers.
We are excited to assist in this catalytic project and are encouraged by the motivated stakeholders invested in rehabilitating the factory!
